Unser Ferienhaus ist alleinstehend mit einem riesigen Garten drumherum, nahe dem wunderschönen Wörthersee in Klagenfurt. 4 Schlafzimmer, ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit einer riesigen Couch und einer nigelnagelneuen Küche, laden zum entspannten Familienurlaub im Grünen ein. Unsere oberen beiden Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss haben darüber hinaus auch ein eigenes Badezimmer, die unteren beiden Schlafzimmer (Elternzimmer+Kinderzimmer) teilen sich ein großes Bad. Das Kinderzimmer beinhaltet ein Etagenbett (unten 140x90 und oben 100x90) und diverse Spielsachen und Bücher. In den oberen beiden Schlafzimmern befinden sich zudem jeweils ein Arbeitsplatz mit Schreibtisch und Stuhl, sowie Tastatur, Maus und Monitor. Wir haben zudem auch einen mobilen Drucker. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was man zum Kochen und Familienessen braucht, sowie einer Cafémaschine und einer Nespresso Maschine. Der Garten lädt zum Spielen ein, die Terasse zum Grillen. Ein Grill steht sowie ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten stehen für unsere Gäste bereit. Die Autos können kostenfrei in der Einfahrt geparkt werden, nur die Garage ist leider nicht nutzbar. Es passen bis zu 3 Autos hintereinander in die Einfahrt und 1 Auto davor.
