Inside the estate, directly inside the green oasis of the park, a few steps from the majestic Guarene Castle, the apartment, on the garden level (therefore suitable for guests with mobility problems), is elegantly restored according to the typical canons of Piedmontese architecture and is furnished with family furniture. The apartment overlooks the greenery of the park and the surrounding hills. The apartment consists of a large living room with sofa that can be transformed into a comfortable double bed, equipped kitchen, entrance-hallway, large main bedrooms with 5 windows overlooking the greenery and a spacious bathroom with shower.
The whole estate is immersed in the tranquility of the greenery of a large historical park of 2,500 square meters dominated by the presence of a friend of the majestic 200-year-old cedar of Lebanon, the oldest in the area. The park is open to guests who like to immerse themselves in the silent and regenerating quiet of nature. In addition to rare trees, the ancient park offers flowers and fruits in every season. The large, green walled courtyard leads to the apartments with private, covered parking spaces.
