Holiday House Charybdis Loft is a studio of about 30 sqm very well-equipped and renovated in summer 2016. And 'it situated in a private sleeper central Via Valle. It has no outside balconies but inside offers useful and practical solutions for a comfortable holiday. And 'an apartment above Charybdis relevance and is functional for 4 guests divided into one room with two comfortable sofa beds. Obviously it is well placed a large kitchen and dining space and a comfortable bathroom equipped with a shower. We are in Via Valle n. 122. It 'just a few steps from the sea and in the center. The location of the loft is fantastic and just a few meters away are the beach club La Lanterna included in the price, the supermarket, the pharmacy, the town market on Saturday. And then a thousand other places of entertainment such as a children's playground, seaside bars, restaurants and pizzerias. At the beach resort they will be at your disposal for the duration of the holiday, n. 1 umbrella, n. 2 cots and n. 1 director chair.
Entering the house we find a large room where are placed at the beginning of the 2 sofas with TV area and flat-screen to follow, descending a step, we find pleasant and equipped kitchen with a dining table and kitchen furniture and accessories. The kitchen is electrical (not gas). Around the dinner table quietly located 4 persons. E 'equipped with everything you need: pots, pans, plates, glasses, cups, oven, fridge freezer, etc. In the area with the sofa beds there is a large wardrobe with mirror. At home you do not miss a play area designed for children. The bathroom is well equipped with a shower box and complete with every other accessory including a washing machine and a dryer.

Our house is very accurate and we would like our guests to love it in the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in the full respect of the near people and not to smoke in the house.
If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the person in charge of the house. The guest is responsible for any damage caused.
