It is a typical stone building, surrounded by a fully fenced park of 1000 square meters, with private access road and parking. Distributed over three floors, it can accommodate up to 4 people. On the ground floor, the living area includes the living room with a panoramic window overlooking the park, which offers a spectacular view of the valley and the surrounding hills. On the same floor, the fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove, combined electric / microwave oven, fridge, freezer, wall cupboard (dishes and pots available). Outside you can have lunch and dinner surrounded by nature and enjoy relaxation on comfortable armchairs. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, 2 trunk wardrobes, desk and panoramic window; the other is equipped with 2 single beds which can possibly be joined together and a wardrobe. The bathroom is located between the two bedrooms and has a spacious shower from which you can see the surrounding nature. In the basement there is a second full bathroom, spacious shower and washing machine. Bath and bed linen included. Air conditioning and heating throughout the house.
