Summary: I don't like the fact that upon check out I did not receive a hard copy of my final bill they said it would be emailed which I never received and I stayed one night but they charge my credit card for 2 nights! Not cool very unprofessional and know waiting for results for refund through travel company or will proceed with credit card company.
