Tastefully decorated and maintained with care, the house has a private garden of approx. 600 with direct access to the forest and equipped with slide, swing, hammock, picnic table and gazebo. In the valley overlooking the garden fence, where a small river a short distance especially delicious during the winter and spring months, often graze in the wild cows and horses that make the landscape even more idyllic! The house is bright and enjoys excellent exposure sunny almost all day. From the garden level there is access to a local input with woodshed and ski / boot which, up a flight of stairs with tagliafreddo door, you enter the apartment that has mosquito nets, two large balconies with panoramic views of the valley and surrounding mountains. The first level consists of a master bedroom with a balcony and with enough space to accommodate a cot / baby cradle, bathroom with shower and washing machine, large living room with balcony, corner fireplace, large dining table and satellite TV, completes the ground a small kitchen with entrance from the living room.
In the loft there are three single beds, dressing room / dressing room, bathroom with shower and other satellite TV. The stairs are equipped with gates for the safety of guests, even children. The heating system is autonomous. Small pets are accustomed to apartment, always by prior arrangement.
