The house is well positioned in the middle of the Orvieto Classico wine region just outside the hills of Ficulle, an ancient city whose roots date back to the Etruscan civilization. Ficulle, with its ancient roots dating bak to the Etruscan civilization, adds a layer of historical richness to the experience.
Its privileged position atop a slope gives the villa undisturbed 360 degree panoramic views and is reached by a private access road. A place to slow down, relax, observe and discover the riches of Umbria.
Note: It is recommended to have a midsize car for the small roads and towns. The last kilometer to the house is a white road (unpaved).
