Charming vacation home located on the seafront of the small fishing village of Molino di Crevari, just 20 meters from the beach with free access. It has breathtaking sea views. Ideal for couples, suitable for families and business travelers. Perfect for lovers of the sea and walks. Close to supermarkets, bars, restaurants, bakeries and ice cream shops. Strategically located to visit Genoa, the Aquarium and the famous towns of the Levante Riviera, Portofino and Cinque Terre.
The space
Once inside an old mill, the place was recently renovated. You will be welcomed in a spacious and bright living room, high ceilings with original wooden beams, 4 windows overlooking the sea from which you can admire the sunrise, 2 comfortable sofa beds, flat screen TV and friendly computer area. Adjacent, fully equipped open kitchen. Bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower stall and pantry. The house is adorned with traditional fishing objects from our families.
Guest access
The accommodation is located along the cycling coastal route (22 km) that connects the Voltri neighborhood with the coastal towns of the Ligurian Riviera of Ponente: Arenzano, Cogoleto and Varazze with their beach establishments as well as free beaches. The trail is also suitable for families with children, it winds through pretty coves, hidden beaches and cliffs overlooking the sea. The trail is located within the Beigua Regional Natural Park, known for its hiking network, along the Ligurian Apennines.
Located a few steps from the Voltri neighborhood where you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors and bakeries. You can stroll through the Villa Duchessa di Galliera park or access the large public beach. Voltri is well served by transport, train and buses that connect you to the Ligurian capital, Genoa.
The house is strategically located, just 20 km from Genoa and the famous Aquarium. Genoa, Ancient Marine Republic, boasts the largest medieval historic center in Europe; part of it, which includes the noble palaces of the Rolli full of artistic beauty, has been declared a Unesco heritage site. You will walk through the characteristic narrow alleys, the "caruggi", you will visit the city museums, churches, historical shops, the cathedral and the house of Colombo. In Genoa, the capital of "pesto" you will find numerous typical restaurants, historic bars, ice cream parlors and bakeries.
From the Old Port, near the aquarium, there are regular ferries to the coastal towns of the Levante Riviera, the famous Portofino and Cinque Terre.
Other things to note
Free parking along the Aurelia street in the area around the house and in Voltri about a hundred meters from the house. Or along the road that leads to the village of Crevari, connected to an ancient mule track to the house.
