Casa Torchiano is a beautiful Mediterranean-style house with a trullo, consisting of two residential units and is about 10 minutes by car from the beautiful beaches of the Chapter. Located in a suggestive and panoramic area overlooking the sea, in the Torchiano district, the property is immersed in the Mediterranean scrub between sea and mountains; centuries-old olive trees, carob trees and large prickly pear trees surround it. Casa Torchiano is equipped with every comfort and has a simple, elegant decor that evokes the colors of our land. The main house consists of a large kitchen and living room with panoramic view with fireplace and sofa bed that can be used if necessary, with a fee supplement; there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a large shower. External laundry room with shower. Annex with double bedroom with sea view and bathroom with shower. There is also a trullo with independent entrance adjacent to the main structure and not connected to the latter, used as a relaxation area during particularly hot days, since the trullo is cool in summer, thanks to the chianche and at the same time. Outside there is a large square with pergolas, tables, chairs and a relaxation area with outdoor sofa. The outdoor shower in the garden has hot/cold water. The corner is equipped with a stove, sink and stone barbecue. The villa has a garden with a charming balcony and swimming pool with panoramic views of the sea and countryside. The ideal place to leave aside, for a few days, the chaos and frenetic pace of the city, breathing deeply into the pure and uncontaminated air of the Apulian countryside.
