Summary: Check how many cups you get charged for on your wristwallet. Some try to scam you! Happened to us twice! You get a refund for the cups you get drinks in. Very unfriendly person at the information. We had been told at check-in that we could get a prolonged check-out and to get it at the information desk and then she just said that it's not possible. When we asked why the will river was closed, she said it was being renovated, but the next day it was open again, which she said nothing about. Also the big slides sign said closes at 19:45, but closed at 17:45. However, we met very nice staff from India who were very helpful. A really nice guy at the Sawadee restaurant, a nice guy and girl at the basketball competition stand and one guy who cleaned the rooms. Advice for improvement: have training sessions for the staff. When we asked 2 guys if there were lockers they said no. Then we found both small and big ones. Otherwise very nice and fresh room at the Ohana part.
