Immersed in the green of Mediterranean vegetation complete with olive groves, this house is located a short distance from the towns of Itri and Sperlonga, 8 km from the white sandy beach and the characteristic historic centre, but also within reach of other notable and artistic cities such as Rome, Naples, Pompeii, Montecassino and Caserta. The whole villa consists of 2 flats, each of which enjoys its own total privacy with its own entrance, garden and private outdoor spaces.
