At 900 m it is possible to reach the free and equipped beaches and also the center of Pescoluse, served by restaurants, ice cream shops, grocery stores, tobacconists, etc.
Furthermore, at 3 km it is possible to reach the city of Salve, where you can find further useful services (banks, petrol station, shopping centres, pharmacy, etc.).
THE HOUSE
The house is about 75 square meters large, and spread over a plot of about 600 square meters and consists of:
- well furnished living room with sofa bed and TV corner;
- modern and complete kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, fridge, dining table and everything needed for cooking;
- two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds;
- full bathroom with shower box.
OUTDOOR SPACES
The house has large outdoor spaces, fenced and with plants and flowers, where you can spend pleasant moments.
In the front part, there is a porch with a relaxation corner furnished with sofas where you can relax away from the sun.
At the back of the house, there is a spacious courtyard furnished with sunbeds and deck chairs for sunbathing, a large stone barbecue for organizing tasty barbecues with friends and a dining table for having meals outdoors. In addition there is another small bathroom, with shower and washing machine, and an outdoor shower which is very useful when returning from the beach.
Finally, villetta Adaluna has a large and comfortable private garden, with trees and plants.

Finally, from Pescoluse it is easy to reach other seaside resorts of interest such as Torre Vado (3.5 km), Torre Pali (4.5 km), Lido Marini (7 km) and Torre San Giovanni (15.5 km).
