Interior:
The villa spans three floors, connected by internal brick staircases. GROUND FLOOR: Bright living room with sofas, TV, and French windows leading to the veranda; Dining area with panoramic garden views; Fully equipped kitchen with ornamental fireplace; Double bedroom; Bathroom with shower. FIRST FLOOR: Three double bedrooms, one twin bedroom (joinable beds), and two bathrooms—one with shower and one with tub and shower. Two bedrooms share access to a panoramic terrace overlooking Assisi. BASEMENT: Multipurpose room with treadmill; Bathroom with shower; Laundry room with external access. Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Park:
The villa is surrounded by a 3,000 sq m fully enclosed garden, situated on a hill 250 m above sea level. The smooth green lawns are full of Mediterranean plants, fruit trees, and fragrant flowers. A furnished portico near the entrance offers shade for outdoor dining, while the panoramic terrace on the first floor is perfect for evening aperitifs. The pool area features a pergola with table, chairs, and barbecue, creating an ideal spot for al fresco meals. Two parking areas accommodate up to five cars.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The pool is positioned in the most panoramic part of the property, just 5 metres from the villa: Rectangular shape; Dimensions 11 x 5 m with a constant depth of 1.4 m; Saltwater purification; Internal and external lighting for night use; Five submerged steps for access. The surrounding sun terrace, paved in grey stone, is equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs, tables and a pergola with a shaded dining area. A hot-water shower and a poolside bathroom complete the amenities. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
