Our suites were created from the renovation of the horse stable, transformed into delightful independent and autonomous units. The Suites are made up of two rooms on one level: double bedroom with bathroom, TV/dining room with equipped kitchenette. Small equipped covered veranda.
The location of the house is very panoramic and overlooks the swimming pool, the park, the gym and the panoramic area overlooking Assisi and Monte Subasio. The view descends to the Umbrian Valley and the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli to go up to the left towards Bettona, Torgiano and Perugia; to the right towards Spello, Foligno and Montefalco. Behind us the wooded Monti Martani, Todi, Spoleto and Deruta and the famous walks of Perugia Vecchia.
The rooms are equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette, satellite television, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Bathroom towels and sheets are changed every 7 days of stay or at the customer's request. The apartments are equipped with a hairdryer. The tap water is drinkable and of good quality.
We are dog lovers, with us there are Gilda, the giant poodle, the two little Corgis and the majestic Leonbergers.
