The holiday apartments are part of a small holiday residence in the old town centre of Trapani. It is a historical palazzo from the 19th century, on the peninsula in the San Lorenzo district.

The holiday residence has a total of five holiday apartments that have been completely renovated. Breakfast is served in a designated hall on the ground floor, with a table and chairs for each apartment. The independent apartments are modern and functionally furnished, and one is suitable for the disabled. Wireless Internet access is available. Next to it there is the bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190cm), a wardrobe, a dresser and bedside tables. The modern kitchen unit is equipped with a gas stove, an oven and a fridge-freezer combination. The bathroom has a generous shower cubicle and a hairdryer. A cot and a highchair can be provided on request. The air conditioning units in the bedroom and the living room-kitchen also have a heating function, but there are also radiators, so the apartment is ideal even outside of the summer season. A washing machine and two TVs with digital terrestrial channels, as well as a DVD player, are available.
