Off the main room in the center is a small kitchen area, complete with dishwasher. To the left of the apartment is a large bedroom with a double bed
There is a bathroom with shower and a balcony that runs the lenght of the apartment with a washing machine for laundry
The neighborhood is residential and commercial with many shops and few tourists. About a 20 minute walk, and 10 minute by bus, take you to the back of St.Peter's Basilica.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor with an elevator.

For lovers of running the very close Villa Pamphili park, will allow you to spend a few hours outdoors and you can also eat inside the Villa, or for a picnic or in the restaurants inside.
Metro Line A can be reached by bus for 2 stops or on foot, I do not recommend walking as the street is very busy.

Tourist tax: the new rates
With Resolution No. 255 of 17 July 2023, the Giunta Capitolina approved the new rates for the Contributo di Soggiorno (Tourist tax), which are set to come into force on 1 October 2023.

From now on, guests not resident in Rome who stay in private apartments, including accommodation for tourist use, rented for no more than 30 days (short term rentals), are required to pay the contribution of € 6,00 per person for each overnight stay. The contribution applies only for the first 10 days.
